Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and result driven Inside Sales Associate to handle both inbound and outbound customer acquisition. The role involves lead generation ,cold calling, follow-ups, and setting up qualified meetings & demonstrations to meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

1-Handle inbound inquiries via calls, emails, and website leads
2-Conduct outbound calling to generate recent business prospects
3-Convert prospects into revenue opportunities
4-Maintainand update lead data in CRM
5-Followup with prospects to nurture and convert leads
6- Understand customer needs and pitch relevant solutions




7-Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions

Required Skills

1- Robust communication and calling skills(Hindi & English preferred)
2-Experience in client handling and cold calling
3-Good convincing and negotiation skills
4-Basic understanding of sales funnels and CRM tools
5-Abilityto schedule and manage appointments/meetings
6-Self-motivated and target-oriented

Preferred Qualifications

1-Graduatein any field
2- Prior experience in inside sales/tele calling/business development.
3-Experience in B2B sales is a plus
