Role & responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership for the end-to-end execution of ultra-luxury high-rise residential projects from pre-construction through final handover.
Establish project execution strategies aligned with business objectives, timelines, quality benchmarks, and financial targets.
Lead cross-functional teams spanning Projects, Planning, Contracts, Procurement, MEP, QA/QC, Safety, and Engineering.
Drive project governance, monitor key milestones, identify execution risks, and implement proactive mitigation plans.
Oversee project budgets, cost controls, cash flow, contract administration, and commercial performance.
Collaborate with architects, design consultants, PMC, contractors, and statutory authorities to ensure seamless project delivery.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, quality standards, safety protocols, and industry best practices.
Build solid relationships with internal leadership, investors, consultants, and external stakeholders.
Foster a culture of operational excellence, innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement across project teams.
