UX Manager / Sr. Manager User Experience (UX) | Noida

Role Summary:
We are looking for an experienced UX Manager / Sr. Manager to lead the User Experience function for large-scale B2B/Enterprise products. The role involves driving UX strategy, managing a team of designers, collaborating with product and engineering teams, and ensuring user-centric design solutions that deliver business value.

Key Responsibilities:
Own end-to-end UX for enterprise/B2B products.
Lead and mentor a team of UX Researchers, Interaction, Visual, and Graphic Designers.
Define Information Architecture, user flows, task mapping, and design systems.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Engineering, QA, and stakeholders to translate business needs into intuitive user experiences.
Conduct design reviews and drive UX best practices across the organization.
Ensure seamless collaboration in Agile settings.
Promote and evangelize UX thinking internally and externally.





Required Skills & Experience:
12–15 years of UX/Product Design experience with at least 5+ years in Enterprise/B2B products.
Experience managing and mentoring teams of 10+ designers.
Solid understanding of UX methodologies, design systems, and B2B design patterns.
Hands-on experience with contemporary design tools and processes.
Knowledge of web and mobile platform capabilities and limitations.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience in BFSI domain will be an added advantage.

Qualification:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Design, Technology, or related field.
Relevant UX/UI certifications preferred.
