Job Summary

We are looking for a GDS Backend Executive with hands-on experience in Amadeus and Galileo GDS systems. The ideal candidate should have strong backend booking knowledge and be capable of handling travel-related operations while supporting lead generation activities. Candidates must be detail-oriented, productive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Handle backend travel operations using Amadeus and Galileo.
Create, modify, reissue, and cancel flight bookings.
Manage PNR creation and itinerary updates.
Process ticketing, refunds, and fare calculations.
Coordinate with airlines and internal teams to resolve booking issues.
Ensure accuracy of travel documentation and booking records.
Support lead generation activities by identifying and qualifying potential customer inquiries.




Maintain operational reports and ensure compliance with company processes.

Required Skills
Valuable working knowledge of Amadeus GDS.
Positive working knowledge of Galileo GDS.
Experience in flight booking and ticketing operations.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office/Google Workspace).
Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Eligibility
Minimum 6 months to 3 years of relevant experience in GDS backend operations.
Experience in the travel industry is preferred.
Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
