You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and managing the hiring process for technical positions while working in a quick-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Minimum 2+ years of experience in IT Recruitment
Experience working with an IT Recruitment Consultancy is preferred
Mandatory experience in Contract Hiring
Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing,



screening, interview coordination, and offer management
Experience hiring for technical roles using platforms such as LinkedIn and Naukri
Ability to manage multiple open positions in a rapid-paced environment

Qualifications
Any Bachelor s degree or Master s degree
