Role & responsibilities
Handle incoming customer calls related to cctv installation, maintainance, and support.
Technician coordination for installation and service visits, manage service calls, appointment & follow-ups.
Coordinate with clients and technical teams for scheduling visits.
Maintain service records, reports, and call logs.
Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution.
Prepare daily service and attendance reports.
Preferred candidate profile
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and email communication.
Ability to handle multiple task and follow up effectively.
Prior experience in CCTV or sevice coordination
