Job Requirements




Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
Proven experience in maintenance management and project execution, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
Solid leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and develop teams.
Knowledge of ISO standards, departmental documentation, and compliance requirements.
Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive improvements in MTTR, MTBF, and operational efficiency.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
Proficiency in computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and MS Office Suite.
