JOB SUMMARY:

An experience and detailed oriented candidate who can oversee Policy Issuance process for B2B Group Business.
He will be responsible for leading and managing the end-to-end policy issuance process within the insurance
company. This includes ensuring effective workflow, maintaining high levels of accuracy, and adhering to all
regulatory and compliance standards. The manager will play a key role in optimizing processes, implementing
technology solutions, and ensuring timely and accurate policy delivery and delivery of other associated activities as
per the job role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

? Oversee the entire policy issuance / endorsement lifecycle, from
data and other documents scrutiny and insured data upload into
policy admin system, generation of master policy document and
dispatch to customer / TPA

? Ensure all data is processed accurately and efficiently, adhering
to defined service level agreements (SLAs) and internal
benchmarks.

? TPA coordination

? Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve
discrepancies and ensure seamless delivery of work.





? Prepare regular reports for senior management on operational
performance, trends, and challenges.

? Drive day to day governance with the TPA customer

? Address and resolve complex policy issuance queries and
escalations from internal and external stakeholders.

? Managing issuance of premium invoices, GST reconciliation, CD
balance reconciliation

? Support audit processes by providing necessary documentation
and reconciliations (manage internal/external audits)

? Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in the policy issuance
process and explore solutions for improvement

? Enrolment portal app set up and testing

? Participate in cross-functional projects aimed at improving
overall operational efficiency.
