Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop smart contracts using Solidity
Build decentralized applications (dApps) integrating Web3 technologies
Test and audit smart contracts for security vulnerabilities
Integrate blockchain solutions with front-end and backend systems
Stay updated on blockchain trends and evaluate recent protocols

Required Skills:
Solid experience with Solidity and Ethereum development
Understanding of Web3.js/Ethers.js libraries
Experience with smart contract testing frameworks (Hardhat/Truffle)
Knowledge of blockchain fundamentals and consensus mechanisms
Good problem-solving and security-first mindset

Good to Have:
Experience with Layer 2 solutions
Knowledge of DeFi protocols
Exposure to Rust for blockchain development
