We are hiring a Business Development Executive with proven experience in lead generation and sales of mobile applications, websites, custom software, SaaS, or IT services.

Key Responsibilities
Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, and other channels.
Understand client requirements and propose suitable software solutions.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow-up communications.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Coordinate with the technical team for project scope, cost, and timeline.
Achieve monthly lead generation and revenue targets.
Handle domestic and international clients.

Mandatory Requirements
Prior experience in mobile app, website, software, CRM, or IT services sales.
Solid lead generation, client communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Experience using LinkedIn, CRM, cold emailing, or bidding portals.
Understanding of mobile apps, websites, APIs, admin panels, and software development.

Candidates from real estate, insurance, banking, education, recruitment, FMCG, telecom,



or other non-IT sales backgrounds should not apply.

Only candidates who have directly worked in lead generation and sales of mobile apps, websites, software, SaaS, or IT development services will be shortlisted.

Preferred candidate profile
Minimum 1 year of experience in business development, lead generation, and sales for mobile apps, websites, custom software, SaaS, or IT services.
Must have independently generated and converted software-development leads.
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, cold calling, cold emailing, CRM tools, and online bidding portals.
Positive understanding of mobile applications, web platforms, APIs, admin panels, software development.
Solid client communication, proposal writing, negotiation, follow-up, and deal-closing skills.
Experience handling domestic or international clients will be preferred.
Target-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of managing the complete sales cycle.
