Key Responsibilities
Source and recruit IT specialists for US-based contract and permanent positions.
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to successful onboarding.
Work closely with Account Managers to understand technical requirements and deliver quality profiles within TAT.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and database mining.
Screen candidates, negotiate rates, coordinate interviews, and ensure excellent candidate experience.
Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS/VMS platforms.

What We're Looking For




2 to 5 years of experience in US IT Recruitment / US Staffing.
Strong understanding of W2, C2C, 1099, H1B, GC, USC, OPT, EAD hiring.
Hands-on experience with ATS (Bullhorn, JobDiva, CEIPAL or similar) and VMS platforms.
Valuable knowledge of US IT technologies, recruitment lifecycle, and US time zones.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Comfortable working in the US Night Shift.
