What You’ll Do (Your Impact)

As our Recruiter Intern, you won’t just be grabbing coffee or filing paperwork. You’ll be a fully integrated member of our recruiting team. From day one, you will:
Source Top Talent: Learn and utilize advanced sourcing strategies (LinkedIn Recruiter, portfolios, networking groups, and specialized job boards) to find passive candidates for open roles.
Manage Candidate Experience: Act as the face of the company, ensuring every candidate has a warm, explicit,



and highly organized experience from their first message to their final interview.
Coordinate & Schedule: Master the art of calendar logistics. You will coordinate and schedule interviews across various departments and time zones.
Database Management: Keep our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), [e.g., Greenhouse / Lever / Ashby], pristine and up-to-date to help us make data-driven hiring decisions.
Employer Branding Projects: Assist with creative recruitment projects, such as drafting engaging outreach templates, attending university career fairs, or brainstorming culture initiatives for our social channels.
