Qualification
Chartered Accountant (CA) or CMA or CS.

Experience
Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience. • Teaching and/or academic experience in Financial Management is desirable.

Ability to interpret, analyse, and apply financial management concepts to business decision-making and academic contexts.
Expertise in capital budgeting, cost of capital, capital structure, working capital management, dividend policy, risk management, financial analysis, valuation, financial planning, and strategic financial management.
Proficiency in developing high-quality academic content, including descriptive questions, numerical problems, case scenario-based questions, and application-oriented study material reflecting current industry practices and emerging developments in Financial Management.
Robust drafting, academic writing, editing, and content development skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpretational skills.
Solid analytical thinking, research aptitude, problem-solving ability, and time management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, PowerPoint, MS Excel,



digital learning tools, and online teaching platforms.
Effective managerial, administrative, and coordination skills.

Job Profile
Develop, review, and update study material, question banks, model answers, case studies, practical problems, and other academic resources in Financial Management.
Prepare descriptive, numerical, objective, and case-based questions in line with the latest syllabus and examination requirements.
Monitor developments in Financial Management, corporate finance, financial markets, and regulatory changes, and incorporate them into academic content.
Assist in curriculum development, syllabus revision, and preparation of learning resources.
Deliver academic sessions, faculty development programmes, webinars, and technical presentations, as required.
Provide technical and academic support relating to Financial Management and participate in research, content validation, and quality assurance initiatives.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to support academic, examination, and career development activities.
Perform any other academic or related work, managerial, or administrative responsibilities assigned from time to time.
