About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Lead with a solid background in .NET and Microsoft technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading development teams, managing project delivery, and ensuring high-quality software solutions aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end software development projects using .NET technologies (.NET Core, ASP.NET, C#).
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.
Architect and design scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.
Manage and mentor a team of developers, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Oversee project timelines, resource allocation, and risk management.
Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance.
Ensure integration with Microsoft Azure services,



SQL Server, and other enterprise platforms.
Prepare and present project status reports to senior management.
Drive continuous improvement in development processes and tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelors or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
12+ years of experience in software development using Microsoft technologies.
Robust expertise in C#, ASP.NET MVC/Web API, .NET Core, Entity Framework.
Experience with front-end technologies like Angular/React, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (App Services, Functions, DevOps).
Proficient in SQL Server and database design.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
