Job Description Solar Installer

Position: Solar Installer / Solar Technician

Key Responsibilities
Install and commission On-Grid, Off-Grid, and Hybrid Rooftop Solar Systems.
Install Solar Water Pumps, Solar Street Lights, High Mast Lights, and related solar solutions.
Assemble and install module mounting structures, solar panels, inverters, batteries, AC/DC distribution boards, and electrical components.
Perform DC & AC wiring, cable termination, earthing, lightning protection, testing, and commissioning.
Troubleshoot and maintain solar systems to ensure optimal performance.
Follow safety standards and complete projects within the specified timeline.
Coordinate with project engineers and clients during installation and handover.

Qualification
ITI (Electrician/Wireman), Diploma in Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
