Role & responsibilities
Preparation of Corporate accounts, Financial Reporting,
Consolidation of accounts for corporate groups
Ensure reports are aligned with client expectations and business requirements.
Lead, manage, and mentor a team of 7 -14 accountants to ensure high performance and achievement of individual and collective goals.
Set explicit KPIs for the team, aligned with business objectives, including deliverables accuracy, timeliness, and client satisfaction metrics.
Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and support the career development of team members.
Ensure continuous improvement of employee engagement and retention through training and development initiatives.
Preferred candidate profile
Minimum 5 yrs to 8 yrs experience in Management Accounting, RTR/GL Accountant
CA, ACCA, CMA Qualified only
Team Management experience required
