We are looking for a Head of Business Development to lead the commercial and operational growth of the business. Reporting directly to the Founder, you will own revenue growth, marketplace expansion, distribution strategy, and operational excellence across Amazon, Blinkit, Instamart, Zepto, and other key channels.

Key Responsibilities
Own P&L; management, revenue growth, and overall business performance.
Drive marketplace growth through performance marketing, media optimization, assortment planning, pricing, and channel-specific strategies.
Scale brand presence across Amazon and quick commerce platforms, improving key metrics such as revenue, ROAS, conversion, and Share of Voice (SOV).
Build and expand current distribution networks, strategic partnerships, and offline/online sales channels.
Lead supply chain, logistics, inventory planning, and operational processes to support business scale and efficiency.
Develop data-driven growth playbooks and implement automation, reporting, and AI-powered tools to improve decision-making and productivity.




Identify current growth opportunities, launch initiatives, and drive commercial negotiations with key partners.
Build scalable systems, processes, and high-performing teams to support long-term growth.

Requirements
5+ years of experience in D2C, FMCG, Consumer Brands, E-commerce, Quick Commerce, or Business Development.
Proven track record of scaling revenue, building distribution, and driving marketplace growth.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to make rapid, data-driven decisions.
Experience managing cross-functional teams, operations, supply chain, and channel partnerships.
Familiarity with analytics, performance marketing, automation, and AI-driven business tools is preferred.
Background in skincare, beauty, personal care, or consumer products is a plus.
