Intern Operations & Delivery

Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented intern to support the Delivery (Operations) team in executing scholarship and CSR projects. The intern will assist in application processing, document verification support, coordination with internal teams, and maintaining data accuracy across systems.This role offers hands-on exposure to large-scale project execution, stakeholder coordination, and operational processes in the CSR and education funding domain.

Key Responsibilities
Application Processing Support: Assist in reviewing student applications and ensuring completeness of required data and documents.
Document Verification Assistance: Support the verification team in validating documents submitted by applicants as per defined guidelines.
Data Management: Maintain accurate records of applications, verification status, and project data in internal systems and trackers.
Coordination: Work closely with internal teams such as Verification, Interview, and Tech to ensure smooth workflow execution.•
Communication Support: Assist in sending notifications, emails, and follow-ups to students for pending actions.
Reporting:



Help in preparing daily/weekly reports on project progress and operational metrics.
Quality Checks: Conduct basic quality audits to ensure adherence to process guidelines.
Ad-hoc Tasks: Support project managers in day-to-day operational requirements and special initiatives.

Qualifications
Education: Pursuing or recently completed graduation (any stream).
Experience: Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of internship/experience in operations, student support, or project coordination.
