Creating and verifying bills for work completed, including RA bills, client bills, and subcontractor bills.
Quantity Estimation and Verification:
Ensuring accurate quantity surveying of electrical materials and work, and verifying these quantities against contract documents.
Material Reconciliation:
Tracking material usage, verifying invoices, and ensuring accurate material reconciliation to prevent overspending.
Site Inspections:
Conducting regular site visits to monitor progress, identify any issues, and ensure compliance with project requirements.
Client Billing and Payment:
Preparing client invoices, managing payments, and ensuring timely and accurate client billing.
Documentation and Record Keeping:
Maintaining detailed records of work progress, costs, and quality assurance, including preparing and submitting billing reports.




Collaboration and Communication:
Working closely with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless collaboration and effective communication.

Skills and Qualifications:
Technical Skills: Solid understanding of electrical engineering .
Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Effective communication with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain records, and meet deadlines.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Diploma-Electrical with relevant experience in planning and billing.
