Roles and Responsibility
Develop and deliver comprehensive networking training programs for individuals and groups.
Conduct workshops and seminars on various networking topics, including protocols and architectures.
Create engaging and interactive training materials, such as presentations, handouts, and exercises.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements.
Collaborate with other trainers and subject matter experts to develop current training content.
Stay up-to-date with the latest networking trends and technologies to ensure training programs remain relevant.

Job Requirements
Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals, including protocols and architectures.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
Experience with adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with robust organizational and time management skills.
Familiarity with networking equipment and software, such as routers, switches, and firewalls.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot network issues.
