Position: Senior GenAI Architect
Experience: 38 Years
Band: B1–C2
Location: Noida (Hybrid – 3 Days Work from Office)
Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days Preferred

Key Responsibilities:
Architect and implement scalable Generative AI solutions aligned with business objectives.
Lead end-to-end AI initiatives from research and prototyping through production deployment.
Drive AI adoption by collaborating with product, engineering, and business stakeholders.
Lead and mentor engineers and data scientists while managing project delivery.
Build and manage MLOps pipelines and deploy AI solutions on Azure, AWS, or GCP.
Ensure AI governance, ethical AI practices, and effective stakeholder communication.

Required Skills:
Robust experience in Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, GANs, and Diffusion Models.
Hands-on expertise in Python and ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and MLOps.
Positive understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Excellent project management, people management, and stakeholder management skills.
