Role Overview -: The incumbent will lead bank reconciliation operations by ensuring accurate transaction matching, process compliance, stakeholder coordination, audit readiness, MIS reporting, and continuous process improvement.
Role & responsibilities-:
Leads timely and accurate reconciliation of bank and book transactions.
Ensures minimal unreconciled items and transparent reporting to stakeholders.
Maintains updated SOPs and ensures strict process compliance through checks.
Coordinates with internal and external stakeholders to meet SLA timelines.
Drives audit readiness with robust controls and high-quality MIS reporting.
Enhances automation, team capability, and process efficiency through continuous improvement.
