Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Recruiter to handle recruitment for Gulf / Middle East clients across industries. The role involves sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring smooth candidate deployment for the requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for Gulf/Middle East requirements.
Understand client requirements and job specifications in detail.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and databases.
Conduct initial screening and shortlist suitable candidates.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and reports.
Follow up with candidates regarding selection, documentation, visa process, and joining.
Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality hiring standards.




Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates.

Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience.
Positive understanding of Gulf recruitment process and documentation.
Solid communication and coordination skills.
Familiarity with job portals.
Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple requirements.
Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment trackers.
Immediate joiners preferred.
