Roles and Responsibility
Design and develop detailed models of mechanical and plumbing systems using BIM software.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with project requirements and standards.
Conduct site visits to verify the accuracy of designs and identify potential issues.
Develop and maintain accurate documentation of design changes and revisions.
Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
Ensure all designs meet safety and quality standards.

Job Requirements




Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Proficient in BIM software such as AutoCAD and Revit.
Solid understanding of mechanical and plumbing systems, including design principles and codes.
