Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Machine Maintenance Engineer to ensure the smooth operation of manufacturing equipment by carrying out preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance. The role involves troubleshooting equipment issues, minimizing downtime, and improving machine reliability and productivity.

Key Responsibilities
Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of production machinery.
Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic faults.
Maintain and repair manufacturing equipment to ensure maximum uptime.
Conduct routine inspections and identify potential issues before failures occur.
Ensure timely resolution of machine breakdowns to minimize production losses.
Maintain maintenance logs, checklists, and equipment history records.
Coordinate with production teams to schedule maintenance activities.
Handle installation, commissioning, and relocation of recent machinery.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, SOPs, and preventive maintenance schedules.
Support continuous improvement initiatives such as TPM, 5S, Kaizen, and Lean Manufacturing.
Train machine operators on basic maintenance and protected machine operation.
