3 -5 Years Experience: Up to 5.5 LPA

Eligibility
Any Graduate
Experience in International Voice/Chat Support preferred
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Customer-centric mindset with solid problem-solving abilities
Comfortable working in night shifts

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through inbound/outbound voice support.
Provide timely and effective resolutions while ensuring a outstanding customer experience.
Maintain high-quality service standards and achieve performance targets.
Accurately document customer interactions in the system.
Follow company processes and compliance guidelines.
