ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to manage end-to-end HR operations and support the organization's people strategy. The role requires hands-on experience across recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR operations, performance management, policy implementation, and statutory compliance while partnering with business leaders to drive HR initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, confirmation, exit formalities, and documentation.
Handle end-to-end recruitment across business functions.
Drive employee engagement initiatives and support performance management processes.
Maintain HR policies, employee records, and HR documentation.
Coordinate with payroll and ensure timely processing of attendance, leave, and employee data.
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
Address employee queries and support grievance resolution.




Generate HR reports, dashboards, and MIS for management review.
Collaborate with business leaders on manpower planning and organizational development initiatives.
Support HR projects and process improvement initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS
Qualification: MBA/PGDM in Human Resources (Preferred)
Experience: 4–6 years of experience as an HR Generalist handling end-to-end HR activities.
Robust understanding of HR operations, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and labour law compliance.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office and HRMS platforms.
Ability to work independently in a quick-paced environment with solid organizational and problem-solving skills.
