Role & responsibilities

-Participate in product trials and troubleshooting at customer site

-Offer technical solutions to compelling issues and challenges faced by

customers

-Work closely with customer and focus on understanding the customer

needs and pain points and help them to relieve it.

-Design, plan, and prioritize experiments for customer requirements and

comparative studies with competitors products.
Evaluate competitors product and submit report to development team

for product improvement.

-Data analysis, interpretation and preparation of reports.

-Co-ordinate with analytical teams, product development, QA for

method development as and when required.

Preferred candidate profile

Person need to be with polymer/material science background with some hands of experience in the wind, non-wind composite industry. Person should have some experience in the polymer material characterization and have proven track record of customer interaction and problem solving.
