Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Project Engineer (Electrical) with a robust background in construction and site execution. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Electrical Installation Works across Commercial, Residential, and IT Building projects. The role requires site-based project execution, coordination with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely and quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and execute electrical installation works such as:
Cable laying (Power & Control)
Cable tray installation
LT / HT Panel installation and termination
Conduit and wiring work (Light, Power, and DB circuits)
Lighting fixture installation and testing




Review and interpret electrical drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
Plan daily and weekly site activities, manpower, and materials.
Coordinate with subcontractors for timely work execution.
Conduct quality inspections, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems.
Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards at site.
Prepare and maintain daily progress reports, material records, and work checklists.
Support Project Manager in billing documentation and material reconciliation.

Candidate Requirements:
Technical Skills:
Knowledge of electrical installation standards.
Familiarity with cable sizing, load distribution and panel connections.
Hands-on experience with AutoCAD drawings, MS Office, and site reporting.
Should be able to read and understand electrical drawings.
Soft Skills:
Solid communication and coordination abilities.
Leadership qualities for managing given site teams.
Problem-solving attitude with accountability for project timelines.
