Key Responsibilities:
Installation & Commissioning: Execute seamless in office installation, calibration, and commissioning of automated welding, cutting, and robotic systems.
Troubleshooting & Repairs: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electronic, mechanical, and pneumatic faults in the field.
Preventive Maintenance (PM): Conduct scheduled PM audits and service contracts to optimize machine life for clients.
Customer Training: Provide technical and safety training to operator-level and engineering staff at client sites.
Spares Management: Identify required spare parts during service visits and coordinate with the internal team to facilitate sales of genuine components.
