We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist with robust AI/ML expertise to drive advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and AI-led innovation across business functions. The role will focus on developing scalable machine learning solutions, leveraging structured and unstructured data, and delivering actionable insights to enable data-driven decision-making.

Key responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and AI models for predictive and prescriptive analytics
Build models for Risk modeling, Customer segmentation,Forecasting and optimization
Explore large datasets to extract patterns, trends, and insights
Experience in Insurance Domain would be a big plus.
Perform data cleaning, transformation, and feature engineering
Work with structured and unstructured data (text, images, etc.)
Develop and implement AI-driven solutions and use cases




Integrate models into production settings using APIs or pipelines
Exposure of model deployment (MLOps)
Hands on Experience on Agentic AI workflows would be plus.

Python / R
SQL

TensorFlow / PyTorch
Model development lifecycle (end-to-end)
Feature engineering and hyperparameter tuning
Model evaluation metrics
NLP
Deep learning models
Generative AI (LLMs, prompt engineering) (Nice to Have)
MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Azure ML, etc.)
Agentic Workflow (Nice to Have)

Experience with:

Knowledge of data visualization tools:
Power BI / Tableau / Matplotlib / Seaborn
