Job Description Vendor Master

Al Shirawi Group is a GCC-based conglomerate with its back-office operations managed from the Mumbai office. Vendor master data is maintained in Oracle ERP and is created strictly based on GCC business requirements. Accordingly, GCC working hours and holidays are applicable. In case of Mumbai public holidays, vendor master activities will be managed through Work from Home (WFH).

Key Responsibilities:
Create current vendor profiles and amend existing vendor records in Oracle ERP.
Update and maintain vendor details including company address, TRN, bank details, and statutory information.
Perform bank detail verification through call confirmations with Dubai-based and international vendors.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of vendor master requests in line with business requirements.
Maintain solid verbal and formal written communication with internal departments and external stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with internal controls and data accuracy standards related to vendor master management.
