Roles and Responsibility
Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Manage change management processes to ensure seamless transitions and minimal disruptions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop targeted solutions.
Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and presentations to diverse audiences.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements.
Provide coaching and mentoring to junior team members to enhance their skills and performance.

Job Requirements
Proven experience in training and development, focusing on change management principles.




Robust understanding of adult learning theories and instructional design methodologies.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
Experience with training software and technologies, including authoring tools and learning management systems.
Solid project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
