Talent Acquisition Lead AI-Driven Recruitment

Role Summary
The Talent Acquisition Lead will own end-to-end recruitment across business units, leveraging AI-powered sourcing, screening, and analytics tools to drive faster, higher-quality hiring and a stronger candidate experience. The role partners closely with business leaders and HR to build talent pipelines aligned to organizational growth plans, while championing the adoption of AI across the recruitment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
Own the full recruitment lifecycle sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding coordination across all levels and functions, using AI tools to accelerate each stage.
Partner with business unit heads to define role requirements and build hiring plans, using AI-driven market and talent-availability insights.
Leverage AI-powered sourcing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, , Naukri, Lusha, Prospeo) to identify and engage passive and active candidates faster and more precisely.
Use AI-assisted screening and resume-matching tools to shortlist candidates efficiently while reducing bias and manual effort.
Manage job portal relationships; negotiate terms and track performance analytics.




Build and maintain AI-enabled talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles, with predictive insights on candidate readiness and role-fit.
Drive employer branding initiatives, including AI-generated content and targeted digital campaigns, to strengthen the organization's positioning as an employer of choice.
Track recruitment metrics time-to-fill, source effectiveness using AI-powered dashboards for real-time visibility and process improvement.
Ensure a consistent, positive candidate experience, including AI-supported communication touchpoints (chatbots, automated scheduling, status updates) where appropriate.
Lead compensation benchmarking and offer structuring in coordination with the HR/compensation team, using AI/market-intelligence tools for real-time benchmarking.
Mentor and guide junior recruiters/TA executives on AI-tool adoption and best practices.
Ensure compliance with hiring policies and statutory requirements, including responsible and ethical use of AI in recruitment decisions.
