Key Responsibilities
Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing for MS Dynamics 365 CRM and Business Central solutions.
Design, develop, and execute test cases, test scripts, and test scenarios based on business requirements.
Validate end-to-end business processes, including Sales, Service, Finance, and Operations modules.
Identify, document, and track defects and issues using tools like Azure DevOps/JIRA.
Collaborate closely with business analysts, developers, and project managers to understand requirements and ensure quality delivery.
Conduct API and integration testing for connected systems (Power Platform, third-party apps, etc.).
Participate in UAT cycles and support stakeholders during testing phases.
Ensure compliance with QA standards, processes, and best practices.
Prepare test reports, dashboards, and release sign-offs.
