We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer to join the Data & AI Practice, working on modern data platforms for enterprise and regulated clients. The role requires a hands-on engineer with strong production experience to design, build, and operate scalable cloud-native data solutions that enable analytics and AI workloads. This is a delivery-focused role requiring ownership of engineering outcomes and solid engineering discipline.

Key Responsibilities
Design, build and operate reliable data pipelines using up-to-date ETL/ELT approaches.
Engineer cloud-native data platforms primarily on AWS.
Work with Databricks, PostgreSQL, Aurora and distributed processing frameworks.
Build secure, tested, observable and cost-effective production-ready data solutions.
Optimize data performance, reliability and data quality.
Collaborate with analysts, data scientists, AI engineers and platform teams.
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to engineering standards.
Participate in technical design discussions.
Improve system performance, scalability and reliability.
Troubleshoot production issues and implement improvements.
