Roles and Responsibility
Develop and maintain strong relationships with high net worth individuals to drive sales growth.
Identify new business prospects and expand existing client relationships through effective networking and prospecting.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored banking solutions that meet clients' financial goals.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to identify market opportunities.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the Affluent Banking team.

Job Requirements
Proven experience in sales and relationship management within the banking or insurance industry.
Strong knowledge of wealth management products and services,



including investment planning and portfolio management.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work effectively in a rapid-paced environment and meet sales targets.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Experience working with Axis Bank's Affluent Banking Team is an added advantage.
