Role Summary:
Seeking an experienced Deputy Branch Manager to drive branch sales, lead a high-performing team, and support overall branch operations. The role requires a strong focus on business development, customer acquisition, team management, and achieving sales targets while ensuring operational compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales of banking and financial products.
Lead, coach, and monitor the branch sales team.
Achieve branch business and revenue targets.
Acquire new customers and deepen existing relationships.
Ensure excellent customer service and effective issue resolution.
Support branch operations and ensure compliance with internal policies.

Eligibility:
Graduate (MBA preferred).
48 years of experience in banking/financial services.
Minimum 2 years of team handling experience.
Robust sales, leadership, and customer relationship management skills.

Preferred Profile:
Target-driven with proven sales achievements.
Valuable knowledge of the Mumbai/Navi Mumbai market.
Solid communication and leadership abilities.
