Designation: HR Recruiter (Off-Role)
Location: Mumbai
Department: Talent Acquisition

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for Banking and Financial Services roles.
Handle bulk hiring requirements across multiple locations.
Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, Monster, Shine, etc.), employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely closure of open positions.
Drive offer rollout and joiner follow-up activities.
Track recruitment metrics and maintain accurate hiring reports.




Build and maintain a robust talent pool for current and future hiring needs.

Candidate Requirements:
Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field.
14 years of recruitment experience, preferably in Banking/NBFC hiring.
Experience in bulk hiring and volume recruitment.
Solid sourcing skills through job portals and social media platforms.
Valuable communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

This is an Off-Role (Third-Party Payroll) position.
Candidates should be comfortable working in an off-role setup.
