Review requirements & placing the initial bids
Maximizing the win rate through appropriate and timely engagement of sales, commercial and subject matter experts in the bid process
Translate complex problems and issues into transparent and compelling message
Ability to create high quality content through the chance cycle
Manage the contribution process, take ownership of all components including the executive summary, solution integration and commercials leveraging a variety of corporate tools and strategies
Engage with the pursuit team strategically
Encourage and lead the team to consider all aspects of the client s position and draw out essential messaging
Edit highly technical content and add clarity and skilled polish without changing the meaning




Work with graphic design professionals to develop creative designs that enhance our written and verbal messages
Take the ownership of quality, maintaining a quality checklist to ensure 100% quality on all documents
Apply brand and legal compliance standards to both proposals and presentations
Work closely with the solution team and other corporate functions including HR, Legal, QMG and finance to ensure a high quality and differentiated proposal docket is available for all discussions with the client as part of the pursuit cycle
