Job Title: Customer Service Executive – Insurance Claims (International BPO)
- Location: Goregaon, Mumbai
- Job Description
- We are hiring Customer Service Executives for an International BPO – Insurance Claims process. This is a blended process involving both voice and non-voice support. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and prior experience in an international BPO environment. Candidates with insurance claims experience will be given preference.
- Eligibility
- * Qualification:
* HSC with relevant experience
* Graduate with relevant experience
* Experience:
* Minimum 1–6 months of experience in an International BPO
* Insurance claims experience is mandatory (preferred/advantageous if you intended it differently, let me know)
- Key Responsibilities
- * Handle customer queries via voice and non-voice channels.




* Assist customers with insurance claim-related requests and updates.
* Provide accurate information while maintaining high service standards.
* Document customer interactions and follow process guidelines.
* Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
- Requirements
- * Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Solid customer service orientation.
* Ability to work in a quick-paced setting.
* Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.

- * Location: Goregaon, Mumbai
* Working Days: 5 days a week
* Weekly Offs: 2 rotational offs
* Shift: Rotational 247 (including night shifts)
* Process: Blended (Voice + Non-Voice)
* Salary: Up to 32,000 in hand
* Transportation: One-way cab facility provided
