About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Web Developer with expertise in WordPress and HubSpot to manage, maintain, and enhance our online presence. This role requires technical proficiency, creative problem-solving skills, and the ability to optimize websites for performance, usability, and SEO.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain and optimize WordPress websites for performance, security, and uptime.
Create and update website pages, content, templates, and forms.
Write clean, testable, and efficient code using best development practices.
Design responsive website layouts and UI/UX using HTML CSS.
Integrate data from various back-end services and databases, including HubSpot.
Manage the full lifecycle of web projects maintenance, expansion, and scaling of web presence.
Stay updated with industry trends, recommending and implementing current technologies.
Handle server maintenance and related tasks on platforms like Kinsta, WPEngine, Cloudflare.
Ensure site security, session management, and adherence to web architecture standards.
Monitor and analyze site performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and AdWords.




Perform SEO-related optimization to improve website rankings.
Troubleshoot technical issues using server/network diagnostics and analytics tools.

Requirements Skills
Proven experience in web programming, with a focus on WordPress and HubSpot.
Solid HTML/CSS skills; advanced front-end development expertise.
Familiarity with at least one back-end language: PHP, ASP.NET, JavaScript, or Ruby on Rails (preferred but not mandatory).
Experience with server-side applications on Kinsta, WPEngine, Cloudflare.
Solid understanding of web application architecture, security, and session management.
Experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, and AdWords.
Knowledge of SEO best practices.
Hands-on experience with server/network diagnostics analytics tools.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn new tools quickly.
