Key Responsibilities
Gather and analyze business requirements for Home Loan (LOS, BRE, disbursement systems).
Prepare BRD, FRD, user stories, and process flows.
Coordinate with business stakeholders (Credit, Operations, Sales) and IT teams.
Create detailed test scenarios, test cases, and test data.
Perform Functional, Integration, and UAT support for loan lifecycle.
Validate APIs, batch jobs, and third-party integrations (CIBIL, Aadhaar, payment gateways).
Defect tracking, root cause analysis, and closure with dev teams.
Ensure requirement traceability and test coverage.
Support production release validation and post-go-live checks.

Required Skills
Robust knowledge of Home Loans lifecycle (application underwriting disbursement servicing).




Experience in LOS/BRE systems.
Hands-on experience in functional testing and API testing (Postman/Rest API).
Ability to write transparent BRDs, test cases, and traceability matrices.
Familiarity with SQL, data validation, and batch processing.
Experience in Agile/Scrum workplace.
