A leading Building Materials company is looking to hire an Assistant Manager/ Deputy Manager - Learning & Development in Mumbai

Role & responsibilities
Design, implement, and manage competency frameworks across functions and roles.
Develop and institutionalize career paths and career progression frameworks to enable employee growth and internal mobility.
Drive internal career progression initiatives, including talent reviews, succession planning, and high-potential development.
Partner with business leaders to identify capability gaps and build organization development interventions.
Support performance management processes by integrating competency-based assessments and development plans.
Design and execute talent assessment, leadership development, and employee development programs.

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum 4 years relevant experience in Learning & Development - preferably in a manufacturing based industry

MBA HR preferred.
