Your Role
Own and drive productivity improvement and transformation initiatives for large AMS accounts (250+ FTEs).
Act as second-in-command to Engagement Manager, ensuring delivery excellence and cost optimization.
Lead transformation levers such as ZeroOps, Automation, Gen AI, and Problem Management.
Manage senior stakeholders across client and internal teams, ensuring alignment and execution.
Ensure robust ITIL-based service management (Incident, Problem, Knowledge Mgmt) and KPI/ SLA improvement.

Your Profile
Extensive experience in Application Maintenance Delivery across technologies (SAP, BI, CCA preferred).
Robust transformation & continuous improvement expertise (Automation, RPA, Gen AI, Lean/Six Sigma).
Data-driven mindset with ability to measure ROI, analyze KPIs, and drive service improvements.
Stakeholder management, communication, and change management capabilities.
Solid understanding of ITIL processes, industrialization, cost optimization, and large-scale delivery governance
