Shift: Rotational Night Shifts (5 Days Working)
Working Days: Rotational work week (MondayFriday / TuesdaySaturday / WednesdaySunday)

Cabs - Available (Both Side)

Contract - 6months

About the Role

We are hiring Customer Support to provide excellent support to customers through Voice, Chat, and Email. You will assist candidates/customers by resolving their queries, guiding them through the self-service portal, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through Voice, Chat, and Email.
Resolve customer issues within defined timelines.
Guide customers in using the online self-service portal.
Create and update customer cases in the support system.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team when required.
Maintain high customer satisfaction and quality standards.
Follow company processes,



security guidelines, and data privacy policies.
Coordinate effectively with internal teams for faster issue resolution.
Meet daily productivity and service quality targets.

Eligibility
Graduate or Undergraduate in any discipline.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Prior International BPO experience is an added advantage.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge and valuable typing skills.
Willing to work from the office in rotational US shifts.
