Your Role:
Implement, configure, and support SAP CS (Customer Service) solutions covering service orders, notifications, and warranties.
Manage endtoend service processes including repairs, service contracts, complaints, and returns.
Integrate SAP CS with SD, MM, PM, and FI to ensure seamless service execution and billing.
Provide leadership in issue resolution, enhancements, and continuous improvement for service operations.

Your Profile:
412 years of handson experience in SAP CS (Customer Service)



module across implementation and support projects.
Solid understanding of service management, service order processing, warranties, and service billing.
Experience working with crossfunctional integrations and complex customer service scenarios.
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
