JOB DESCRIPTION :

AGM Planning & PMO (Real Estate Projects)

Qualification:
B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Preferred: NICMAR / Master's in Construction or Project Management

Experience:
12–18 years in Planning & PMO within Real Estate / Construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead project planning, scheduling, and monitoring using MS Project.
Drive PMO governance, project controls, and MIS reporting.
Prepare project dashboards, cash flow forecasts, and progress reports.
Monitor project timelines, risks, budgets, and key milestones.
Coordinate with Sales, CRM, Finance, Legal, Design, Purchase, Contracts, and Liaison teams.
Conduct management review meetings and present project status to senior leadership.
Ensure effective utilization of Power BI, SAP, Collab, Bandhoo, and Excel for project monitoring and reporting.
Support timely project execution through cross-functional coordination and risk mitigation.
