The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer interactions, preparing quotations, processing purchase orders, and ensuring smooth coordination with the customer. Responsibilities:-
Handle customer inquiries and provide prompt, accurate information regarding products and services
Prepare and issue quotations based on customer requirements in alignment with company pricing policies
Process and track customer purchase orders (POs) efficiently
Coordinate with the Customer department for invoicing, payment follow-up, and related documentation
Maintain accurate records of customer communications, quotations, POs, and transactions
Support the sales team in post-order activities and customer communication
Assist in resolving customer complaints or concerns in a skilled and timely manner
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, service, logistics, and accounts) to ensure seamless order execution
