Key Responsibilities:
Manage all customer transactions efficiently using the POS system
Handle cash, UPI, and card payments accurately
Provide bills, receipts, and manage refunds or returns
Maintain and reconcile daily cash reports
Assist customers with billing queries and menu-related questions
Coordinate with service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth order processing
Ensure cleanliness and orderliness at the billing counter
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience as a cashier, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality sector
Proficiency in POS billing systems and payment handling
Solid numerical and communication skills
High level of honesty, reliability, and customer orientation
Ability to work during weekends, evenings, and peak hours
